Description : Invitation to Bid

1) The Department of Public Works and Highways Southern Leyte 1st District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2024 and 2025, intends to apply the following sums (please refer to Paragraph 2) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the following Contracts listed in Paragraph 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Public Works and Highways Southern Leyte 1st District Engineering Office now invites bids for the hereunder works (refer to table below) using the open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the IRR of RA 12009 or New Government Procurement Act. Completion of the Works is required within the contract duration specified in the table below. Bidders should have completed, at least one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
