The Department of Public Works and Highways - Quezon City 1st District Engineering Office, through the F.Y. 2024 GAA intends to apply the sum of Php 1,734,629.33 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 24GOF0090 - SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DYNAMIC CONE PENETROMETER AND TWELVE (12) OTHERS FOR USE OF QUALITY ASSURANCE SECTION OF QUEZON CITY 1ST DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
