1.The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Davao del Sur District Engineering Office (DEO), through the FY 2024 RA 11975 Extended Regular 2024 Continuing intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (Php 1,820,700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract ID No. 24GLD0115. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
