1. The DPWH, Negros Occidental 2nd District Engineering Office through the FY 2025 GAA intends to apply the sum of Php 24,875,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24GL0141 - CONCRETING OF ROAD AT NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, LA CASTELLANA, BRGY. CABACUNGAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
