The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) - Iloilo 2nd District Engineering Office (DEO), through the project funds for Engineering and Administrative Overhead (EAO) 2024 intends to apply the sum of PhP 1,212,578.59 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 24GGG0178 - Procurement of Engineering Design Software/Hardware Acquisition for Iloilo 2nd District Engineering Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
