1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Guimaras District Engineering Office, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos and 00/100 Only (₱10,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 24GGE54 - P.R. No. 2025-02-025 - Installation and Upgrading of DPWH Guimaras District Engineering Office Communication Network. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
