The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) - Albay 3rd District Engineering Office (DEO), through Republic Act (RA) 11975 - General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2024 - SR2024-11-020620 (EAO), SR2024-11-020621 (EAO), & SR2024-11-020622 (EAO), intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 20,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above-stated contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

The DPWH - Albay 3rd DEO, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery of goods is required within a thirty (30) calendar days (CD) contract duration. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project....
