1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Camarines Sur 2nd District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Three Hundred Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos And Forty Five Centavos (Php 7,305,295.45) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 24GFE0026 - PROCUREMENT OF PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR PANEL SYSTEM WITH 6KW AND 12KW 5TH GENERATION HYBRID INVERTER AND LI-ION BATTERY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
