The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Tarlac 2nd District Engineering Office (T2DEO), through the GAA FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of PhP 6,960,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 24GCK48 - Supply and Delivery of Three (3) Units Service Vehicle, 4x4 Hybrid Pickup (Brand New) for use in the Operation of DPWH-Tarlac 2nd District Engineering Office, San Francisco, Concepcion, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
