INVITATION TO BID FOR 24GCI0025
1. The DPWH-Pampanga 3rd District Engineering Office, through FY2024 RA 11975 REG 2024
CURRENT SR2024-01-002508, 2573, 2703, 2715, 2719, 2726, 2739, 2743, 2748, 04-014864
intends to apply the sum of ₱16,970,772.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments for the contract Contract ID No. 24GCI0025 - Procurement of Heavy
Equipment for use in Maintenance Section at DPWH - Pampanga 3rd DEO. Bids received
in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DPWH-Pampanga 3rd District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Duration of Services is required by Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders
should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract
similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
