The DPWH, Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office, through the Government of the Philippines - FY 2024 (R.A. 11975) Regular 2024 Current intends to apply the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contracts stated under Item No. 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
