INVITATION TO BID FOR 24GB020

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office II, through the DPWH GAA FY 2024 intends to apply the total sum of Php27,539,454.79 being the total ABC to payments under the contract for 24GB020: Repair and Rehabilitation of High-Speed Weigh-in-Motion (HSWIM) of Calitlitan Weighbridge Station. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH Regional Office II now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required within two hundred nine (209) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
