1. The DPWH Pangasinan 1st District Engineering Office, through the _____________ intends to apply the sum of Php9,996,714.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 24GAG0035- Supply and Delivery of Chevron Directional Sign, Galvanized Iron Post and Road Lightings to be installed along National Roads within the District Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH Pangasinan 1ST District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 28 calendar days from the issuance of approved contract/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
