Description : 1. The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office I, through the SR2024-01-002673 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,675,520.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Fuel for the desilting and maintenance dredging of Aplaya Creek, Lingayen, Pangasinan of DPWH Amphibious Excavator (K4-87) presently stationed at Aplaya Creek, Lingayen, Pangasinan with Contract ID 24GA00044. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office I now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 153 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
