Description : 1. The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office I, through the SR2024-12-022562 dated December 12, 2024 intends to apply the sum of Php 5,665,249.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Fuel, Equipment Parts/Tools/Supplies, Office Supplies and Furnitures and Site Development for the desilting of Pantal River, Dagupan City of DPWH Cutter Suction Dredge Visayas I (SDB 12-5) and DPWH Amphibious Excavator (K4-32) presently stationed at Pantal River, Dagupan City, Pangasinan with Contract ID 24GA00033. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office I now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 181 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
