1) The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office VI through the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Php 29,850,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 24G00152 (Rebid) - LGU Hospitals - Makato District Hospital, Aklan. Bids received in the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
