1) The DPWH-Marinduque District Engineering Office, through the LAA No. MA-25-10-001 (Deped) Fund Code 308601 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,948,200.001 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24EA0100 - Rehabilitation/Repair of Damaged School Buildings for Lipa ES, Sta. Cruz, Marinduque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
