Description : LETTER OF INVITATION FOR APPRAISAL OF PROPERTIES CONSULTING SERVICES

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Regional Office No. IV-A, through the SR-2024-02-009703 FY 2023 GAA intends to apply the sum of Php 531,015.00 inclusive of 5% contingency being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONTRACT ID NO. 24CSD007: CONDUCT OF APPRAISAL OF PROPERTIES AFFECTED BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF PROJECTS WITHIN CALABARZON (20TH BATCH). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.
