The DPWH, Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office, through the Government of the Philippines - FY 2024 GAA intends to apply the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the following project contracts. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
