Description : TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All entries must be typewritten or legally written.
2. Contract Duration within Eighty Five (85) Calendar Days upon effectivity of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Administrative penalties pursuant to Sec. 92 of the IRR of R.A. 12009 shall be imposed for non-delivery without valid reason.
3. Price Validity shall be for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days.
4. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate, Mayor-s Permit, DTI, Tax Clearance, and PCAB License shall be attached upon submission of the quotation.
5. The Approved Budget ceiling for this procurement is Php 800,000.00
