1. The DPWH-Cagayan 2nd District Engineering Office, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of PHP 9,800,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and installation of Solar Powered (LED) Roadway Lighting or Contract ID No. 24BC0159. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
