1. The Department of Public Works and Highways Ilocos Norte 2nd District Engineering Office through the SR2024-12-021922 intends to apply the sum of Php 16,231,300.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR/REHABILITATION OF FLOOD CONTROL STRUCTURES ALONG UBBOG RIVER, RIGHT BANK, BRGY. CALLAGUIP, PAOAY, ILOCOS NORTE with Contract ID No. 24AB0154. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways Ilocos Norte 2nd District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works/Contract Duration is One Hundred Fifty Six (156) calendar days (cd). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
