Budget and Management (MFBM) under the GAAB 2024, intends to apply the sum
Php 38,800,000.00, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for Construction of Road at Brgy. Lipawan - Brgy.
Ruminimbang (Phase 4), Barira, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
