Description : 1. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), through the DOTr-CAAP MOA dated 2021-02-04 For the Site Acquisition, Procurement and Implementation of Various Airport Projects (Provision of ANF Equipment) intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos & 61/100 (PhP 9,778,798.61) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Meteorological Instrument for Catbalogan Airport. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CAAP now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 180 calendar days upon Supplier-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
