Description : INVITATION TO BID
1. The Province of Cebu through the 2023 General Fund, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS AND 00/100 (Php2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONCRETING/IMPROVEMENT OF PUROK MOONG, SITIO BANTAYAN 2 ROAD SECTION, BASDIOT, MOALBOAL, CEBU. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the SUPPLY OF LABOR, MATERIALS, AND INCIDENTALS for CONCRETING/IMPROVEMENT OF PUROK MOONG, SITIO BANTAYAN 2 ROAD SECTION, BASDIOT, MOALBOAL, CEBU under Advertisement No. 24-011RB. Completion of the Works is required for the period of THIRTY-NINE (39) calendar days.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC adjusted, if necessary by the Bidder to current prices using the PSA-s CPI, except under conditions provided for in Section 23.4.2.4 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184.
