FOR 23GCB04: Procurement of Concrete Pipe Tester including Pedestal and Enclosure Room, DPWH- Bataan 2nd DEO

1. The DPWH-Bataan 2nd DEO, through the SR2023-10-013560/ SR2023-10-013561/ SR2023-10-013562 intends to apply the sum of Php12,000,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 23GCB04: Procurement of Concrete Pipe Tester including Pedestal and Enclosure Room, DPWH- Bataan 2nd DEO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH-Bataan 2nd DEO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
