The Department of Public Works and Highways, Albay 3rd District Engineering Office (hereinfater called "Procuring Entity"), through FY 2023 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the amount of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 2,100,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to eligible payments under the contract for the above-stated contract for which the Bidding Documents is issued.

The Procuring Entity now invites bids to provide consulting services for Sub-Soil Analysis and Exploration. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) included in the Bidding Documents for the contract/project.
