Consulting Services for the National Road Roughness Index Program V (NRRIP-V)

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, through the GAA of Fiscal Year 2022, intends to apply the sum of Php 29,015,400.00, inclusive of 5% contingency being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consulting Services for the National Road Rough Roughness Index Program Phase V. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways now calls for the submission of Eligibility Documents for:

Project: Consulting Services for the National Road Roughness Index Program V (NRRIP-V).
Location: Primary National Roads (all regions including BARMM except Region IV-B) & Secondary National Roads (Regions I, II, III, IV-A, V & BARMM)
