The Department of Public Works and Highways, Regional Office I, through the SR2021-06-009572 dated June 15, 2021 intends to apply the sum of Php 5,578,153.88 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONTRACT ID NO. 21CSA015-LIDAR DATA MAPPING AND PARCELLARY/ UTILITIES, FACILITIES/ TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY FOR THE PROPOSED ROSARIO-SAN FABIAN DIVERSION ROAD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.
