1. The City Government of Dumaguete, through Source of Fund: Responsibility Center: 1061A-200 / Account Code: 5-02-03-010 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Thirty Seven Thousand, Five Hundred Sixty Pesos and Eighty Seven Cents (Php 2,037,560.87) being the ABC to payments under the contract Purchase of One (1) Lot 215 rolls Adding Machine Tape (57mm x 55mm) and other items for the official use of various departments and offices of the city government of Dumaguete. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Dumaguete now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the End-user within 10 working days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
