Description : 1. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), through the DOTr-CAAP MOA-2018- For the Site Acquisition, Procurement and Implementation of Various Airport Projects (Provision of ANF Equipment) intends to apply the sum of Php 22,904,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Installation of Communications Equipment for Bicol (New Legazpi) International Airport. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
