Description : 1) The Science Education Institute through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (PhP 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Plane Ticket for Non-PAL through Framework Agreement.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Science Education Institute through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (PhP 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each Lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each Lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

3) The Science Education Institute now invites bids for above Procurement Project using the Most Economically Advantageous and Responsive Bid (MEARB). Delivery of the Goods is required on (see schedule of requirement). Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
