Description : 1) The Science Education Institute through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Seven Hundred Six Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 22,706,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Software Subscriptions (Batch 02).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Science Education Institute through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Seven Hundred Six Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 22,706,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each Item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

3) The Science Education Institute now invites bids for above Procurement Project. using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required in on (see schedule of requirement). Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
