Description : 1) The Science Education Institute through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Five Million, Three Hundred Seven Thousand, Four Hundred Eighty-Nine Pesos Only (PhP 35,307,489.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Quarantine Security Printing and Delivery of Scholarship Test Materials and Shredding of Used Test Materials and other related documents through Framework Agreement.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Science Education Institute through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Five Million, Three Hundred Seven Thousand, Four Hundred Eighty-Nine Pesos Only (Php 35,307,489.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each Item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each Item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
