Tender are invited for 2026 EPA 02: Procurement of Software Subscriptions.

Description : 1) The Science Education Institute through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 6,490,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Software Subscriptions.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Science Education Institute through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 6,490,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each Item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

3) The Science Education Institute now invites bids for above Procurement Project using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required on (see schedule of requirement). Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
