“PROCUREMENT OF DA-BFAR SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD OF FEBRUARY 01, 2026 TO DECEMBER 31, 2026”

1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA - BFAR), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for FY 2025 intends to apply the total sum of FORTY NINE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND AND 38/100 PESOS ONLY (Php 49,555,636.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the “PROCUREMENT OF DA-BFAR SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD OF FEBRUARY 01, 2026 TO DECEMBER 31, 2026” with Bid Reference No. 2026-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
