1. The Severino B. Escaro Elementary School (formerly Naga Angela Elementary School) of Cadiz City, through the Schools MOOE Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Thousand two hundred ten Pesos Only (Php 19,210.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Invitation to Bid for Procurement FOR RREPAIR/IMPROVE OF SCHOOL GROUND/LANDSCAPPING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
