  Terms of Reference:
  The Service Provider must be a Department of
  Environment and National Resources
  Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB)
  accredited Transporter, and Treater, Storage and
  Disposal.
  Pick-up at least 22,700 kg medical/ healthcare
  waste of Don Emilio del Valle Memorial Hospital
  and deploy additional trips should the need arises
  due to upsurge in the waste generation or as
  required by Don Emilio del Valle Memorial
  Hospital.
  The Service Provider must supply thin plastic
  shrink wrap, free of charge, to be used exclusively
  for the covering the waste container of the
  hazardous waste to be collected.
  The Service Provider must issue Certificate of
  Treatment (COT) after the medical waste has been
  treated and disposed.
