Invitation to Bid for Construction of Sports Facility Stage and Perimeter Fence

1) The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS, through the 2025 Supplemental Budget No. 1 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Sports Facility Stage and Perimeter Fence. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS now invites bids for Construction of Sports Facility Stage and Perimeter Fence. Completion of the Works is required on December 17, 2025. Bidders should have completed, within 100 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
