1. The Provincial Government of Albay-Bids and Awards Committee (PGA-BAC), through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,300,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 2025(G-R)-028 Supply & Delivery of One (1) Unit Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) with Engine Displacement not exceeding 2,700cc, gasoline-fed and 4-cylinder. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PGA-BAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days.
