2025(G)-006 Supply & Delivery of Medical, Dental, and Laboratory Supplies

1. The Provincial Government of Albay-Bids and Awards Committee (PGA-BAC), through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,969,057.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 2025(G)-006 Supply & Delivery of Medical, Dental, and Laboratory Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PGA-BAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
