2025 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM (SBFP) NUTRITIOUS FOOD PRODUCTS (NFP)- A REBID FOR LOT 6 AND LOT 13

1. The Department of Education (DepEd), Division of Cebu Province, through the School-Based Feeding Program 2025 (SBFP 2025) intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Three Hundred Forty-Five Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Eight Pesos (₱ 19,345,128.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the 2025 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM (SBFP) NUTRITIOUS FOOD PRODUCTS (NFP)- REBID FOR LOT 6 AND LOT 13. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
