Description : 1) The Science Education Institute, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 5,150,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consulting Services of Design, Development and Digitization of Virtual Laboratory Application in Science (VLAS) Multi-Platform Application-Physics. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2) The Science Education Institute now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for Consulting Services of Design, Development and Digitization of Virtual Laboratory Application in Science (VLAS) Multi-Platform Application-Physics. Short-listing documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat on or before 12 September 2025, 09:00 AM at Science Education Institute, 1st and 2nd Levels Science Heritage Building DOST Complex Gen.
