The PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority, through its Board-approved Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos (Php20,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF LABOR, TOOLS, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT INCLUDING SUPERVISION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM AT PARK 3 (HAYCARB) (2025-JUL-721).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
