  1. The Provincial Government of Albay-Bids and Awards Committee (PGA-BAC), through the TF 2024 (DILG-SGLG) intends to apply the sum of Php 2,993,902.30 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2025(I)-016 Construction of Slope Protection at the Regional Rehabilitation Center for Youth, San Vicente, Oas, Albay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The PGA-BAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
