  1. The Provincial Government of Albay-Bids and Awards Committee (PGA-BAC), through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 5,299,126.06 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2025(I)-013 Construction of Governor's Guest House Multi-Purpose Events Place, EM's Barrio, Legazpi City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The PGA-BAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 50 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
