  2025(I)-010 Construction of Pioduran District Hospital (Phase IV), Caratagan, Pioduran, Albay
  
  1. The Provincial Government of Albay-Bids and Awards Committee (PGA-BAC), through the SA 20% LDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 41,573,148.16 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2025(I)-010 Construction of Pioduran District Hospital (Phase IV), Caratagan, Pioduran, Albay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The PGA-BAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 360 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
