1. The Pangasinan State University, through the Fund 164 (Income) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Nine Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (P 6,977,900.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF DIPLOMA FORMS WITH NOTARIAL GOLD SEAL, DIPLOMA JACKETS, ABARAY, SOUVENIR PROGRAM AND OTHER SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE 46TH COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES OF THE UNIVERSITY - 2025-GOODS-102. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
