INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF THREE (3) PASSENGER VANS FOR THE TRANSPORT OF PERSONNEL AND VISITORS OF PANGASINAN STATE UNIVERSITY

1. The Pangasinan State University, through the Fund 101 (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 7,650,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF THREE (3) PASSENGER VANS FOR THE TRANSPORT OF PERSONNEL AND VISITORS OF PANGASINAN STATE UNIVERSITY - 2025-GOODS-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Pangasinan State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
