Specifications: the supplier shall ensure that the following are provided and delivered;
1 Pleated presidential table.
4 long working tables w/ cover
42 plastic chair with cover
available hot coffee and cold water drinks for the entire duration of the activity, and
packed servings for the 6 snacks and 3 lunch meals.
